Barbara

Barbara (or «Barunka») is one of Milos’ three grandchildren from his daughter Helena. Together with her two siblings, all born in the Province of Quebec, Canada, she was raised in a small village near Sept-Îles at the northern shore of the St-Lawrence River, about 900 km north-east of Montreal. She always had dearly loved her grandfather Milos who, throughout their childhood, had written many children’s stories for his three grandchildren who grew up so far away from their grandparents home in Montreal. Barbara now lives with her husband and two children in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and works as a school teacher.
