The autoportrait plays a major role in Milos’ artwork, covering his painting work and, even more importantly, his drawing corpus throughout his entire life.
He often did quick pencil sketches into his sketchbooks or simply on small and rather cheap block-note paper. They range from a somewhat realistic to an almost abstract style and have been mostly the result of an outburst of his mood during his often lonely spent evenings. You will be able to view these drawings in the «sketchbook» section.
The autoportrait paintings are again often expressionist in style and consist of classical head-shots or entire body representation reflecting his emotional feelings as a result to outside events affecting him.
